		<description>This recipe for the Apple Julep is the same as Giuseppe Gonzalez&#039;s Jersey Julep served at Clover Club. in Brookyn.  I think G may also garnish with sliced  green apple and uses a 1/4 oz of maple syrup. The nod to New Jersey of course is the use of the State&#039;s oldest liquor - Laird&#039;s Bonded Applejack. Salute.</description>
